In 2010, Menya Jiro was founded in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima District, Japan. The following year, it became the first ramen brand officially providing fresh noodles to Ibuski. In the same year, Menya Jiro’s presence at Oita Ramen festival was met with unanimous praise, raising its profile throughout the region. Soon after, the second and third flagship restaurants successfully opened in Hakata Ramen Stadium, Fukuoka Canal City and Zushi City, Kanagawa. A Menya Jiro has also actively participated in various ramen events throughout Japan.

In 2011, Menya Jiro became the first ramen brand from Kagoshima to take part in “Tokyo Ramen Event”, the largest ramen event in Japan. Winning so much love by the local people, it has been ranked as the “Women’s Favorite Ramen Place”, proposed by the local Television Program. MENYA JIRO RAMEN KITS (1 serving – 3 packets)

・Demi-Glace Hamburg (8-9 min boil / can be frozen)
・Mashed Potatoes (5 min boil / can be frozen)
・ Warm Garlic Vegetable Medley (3 min boil / can be frozen)

* When refrigerated, it can be kept fresh for 3-5 days.
* After opening, please consume promptly.
* If frozen, thaw naturally or under running water before immersing in hot water.

★Heating Instructions
→ (When using a microwave)
Make a small cut in the bag and heat for about 1-2 minutes.
For rice, heat for about 1 minute 30 seconds and let it sit in the bag for 30 seconds before taking it out. Then, fluff the rice well.

* 500W/600W: Approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds
* 1000W: Approximately 1 minute 30 seconds
(Heating times are approximate for rice when refrigerated.)

Place the unopened bag in boiling water for the specified time.
Use tongs or chopsticks to remove from the pot.

* Be cautious as the bag can get very hot when removed from the pot.
